Very bad customer service

I visited NEXT ELECTRONICS yesterday evening to enquire on LCD TVs. I understand that Full HD TVs are in the market but I only wanted an HD Ready TV.u

Not only did the sales lied to me that such TVs are out of market but also ridiculed me for choosing an older technology.

I could have argued with him as I know more about about HD technology than sales guy, but i still told him I know its latest but I want only HD Ready. But he insisted on insulting me and was joking with his peers on how i want an old technology.

HORRIBLE experience and I want NEXT to taken actions against this showroom and the sales people there.

This is the NEXT SHOWROOM in VIDYARANYAPURA MAIN ROAD, BANGALORE.

I tried calling NEXT bangalore HQ number but that number does not exist.
