No support for NG-40 online UPS under AMC

We have an annual maintenance contract from 01/01/09 to 31/12/09 for NG-40 Power Server 6 KVA online UPS with Next Generation Business Power Systems Ltd., Kolkata office. We have tried to contact several times with Kolkata office and failed to get response from other end. Our UPS is not working since last week and we have faced lots of trouble due to negligence of service in time.
Moreover, customer care email ID uptime@powerserverups.com in the company website http://www.ngbps.com/customercare.html also not in operation. They have not provided any contact numbers in the website for further communication.
