Complaints against Next Retail India ltd

Respected Sir,

On the date of 30.05.2008 i was buy Videocon Refrigerator Model- D-240, Sl no-08523. invoice no-563, bill no-17732. 1st week onwords its having problem

1. its got hot & hot air comes out from inside.

2. in the rainny season water comes out from outside of the door & the both side.

3. Bacterial problems also there.

i was buy it from Next Retail India Ltd Vashi, Navi Mumbai.sales man name is Mr. Gourav, contact number is 98194 65852 (M) 022 2766 1103, 022 6597 7101 (O). i was spoken to the sales man so many times in last 5 months .but i m not getting proper responce. mostly nobody picup my call also. i was e-mailed to the higher athority also but till no solutions (service@videoconmail.com, ref@videoconmail.com, north.a@next.co.in, corporate@next.co.in).
