I have bad experience with Next Retail Shop, Branch Sapru Marg Hazaratganj Lucknow, I bought one iron from there, when we open the iron in our house, iron was little damaged from a corner, we came back to the shop for return the defective iron, but they treat very badly with us, please sir kindly do the needful
