Misleading customers

This showroom has a very bad reputation. Some months ago I had bought a Videocon refrigerator D250. When I asked the executive to show me an advanced model he insisted me to buy the same stating that it was the latest model. While he was showing me the refrigerator, I noticed some dents & cracks in it and clearly told the executive not to send that one. The next day it was delivered and a sticker was stuck in a strange place near the handle. When i peeled it I found that the showroom person has sent me the same piece which was damaged. After talking to them they tried selling some cock n bull stories and finally when couldn't convince me they agreed to replace. After 2-3 months I saw a similiar model in the market "D250 DX" it was a advanced model of "D250" and it was available in the market when I bought the refrigerator. When I asked the showroom executive for an exchange he proposed a shaggy price of Rs.2000.

I tried exchanging the refrigerator in a different showroom near doddabommasandra and when I told him that I want to exchange my refrigerator, the first question he asked me was "Was your refrigerator bought from NEXT Showroom? " So people stay away from NEXT Showroom Vidyaranyapura.
