NEXT SHOWROOM/LG WASHING MACHINE
8 DAYS still purchase, nobody came to install machine or for a demo

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a LG WAshing machine from Next Showroom, Marathalli, bangalore dated Feb 01, bill number 0065564 and bill number clearly shows my contact detail. Till now nobody has come for a demo/insatlling machine which was promised to me. I called showroom people n number of times. And number of times they use to disconnect the call and behave rudely. I called LG customer service and they told they recieve the request on Friday on FEB 6 with wrong contact details. I told them to correct the contact detail and send your reprentative and they told it will take 3 working days. Even thought I purchased washing machine on FEB 01. Showroom people are so rude and most of the times they didnt pick up the call.

Would you please help me out in this regard.
