Passive attitude of DLF Authorities to Cancellation of booking

Despite failure of the DLF management to start construction with in a month of the booking fraudulaently, DLF is passive towards investors genuine concern and request for cancellation of allotment as stated in the application as per application terms.

DLF instaed of redressing the compalint, makes a false claim in their letter dated 05-05-09 that they have now started construction, though they have still not commenced any construction and they have already defaulted by delaying construction more than a year now.

Will the authoriries wake up and respond without any prejudice and in all fairness ti investor grievances??

Invite all concerned to take up thie issue in its legal perspective as soon as possible.
