Cheated by Bestech company

I have been cheated by the Bestech Company, with intent to purchase a flat in Gurgaon. M/sIndia Pvt. Ltd. gave a proposalforflat 'Bestech's Park View Select', and owed a initial amount of 5, 00, 000/ (five lakhs) as an advance booking amount. That ever since I paid them the advance booking amount, I kept on asking them to show me the sample flat and the site but they gave one excuse or the other.

From the above fact, it is clear that the above company in criminal conspiracy acted and induced me to part with Rs.5, 00, 000 /= by misrepresentation witha intent to defraud.
