Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a second reminder for organizing dust bins in Sriniwaspuri, Gandhi Camp, Private colony.

I strongly urge you to take interest before the rains decend, other wise the whole community will have to deal with wet and slushy garbage, a definate breeding ground for disease. The RWA of that area has sensitized the people on how to manage their garbage once the bins arrive.
