NGPAY
PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

I have placed order for Kenstar Sandwich Toaster Carino - KTN02CSS-TCT through NGPAY vide ngpay Transaction ID: NGPAY1060601285 on 15.10.2010 for Rupee 1232/-. As per the terms of order product is to be delivered to me within 10 working days. But i did not receive the same till 29.10. so i made a compaint to ngpay for non delivery of product. NGPAY customer care assured me for immediate delivery of product. But till 03.11.2010 i did not receive the product, so i request the ngpay customer care to cancel the order and refund the amount. But as on date i neither received the product nor the refund.
