Fraud on payment settelment

Ticket maid by me on this company site .payment paid by me through canara bank visa debit card. but 2 transaction failed and payment cut by company through my account. 3 transaction cancil by me but payment not setteled till date.

they are not giving me prooer reply . so please help me.
