NH24 Shaurayapuram Nitishree Flats Ghaziabad
Project not started since Feb money blocked

Company has taken almost 25% amount on the account of flat (NH-24, R-4, 204) pre launch of flat price ; however till today no construction has been started since Feb and our hard earned money is blocked.

Company is not in a state of giving any written statement of starting project neither they are releasing any document proof for starting project and no document for land clearance from all Govt. authorities i.e. NOC.

Every time there employees says the project is starting in next 15-20 days. How long one can hear the same wordings, I am listining same wordings since almost 2 & 1/2 year.

I am not in a position to get any feed back in written. Kindly help us to get the same.

Company is in a deep finincial crisis and no one is funding there projects.
