The condition of NH28a is so pathetic that it will be better to say that their does not exist such a highway. It adjoins INDIA & NEPAL.
The road is full of huge holes & its in pathetic condition.
It takes more than 10 hrs to travel around 200 kms from Patna to Raxaul, which lies just before Nepal.
Being such an important highway it needs a immediate repair n maintenance..
