Refund amount not yet received

I am drawing ur attention that I applied online of NHPC Ltd. IPO through Reliance Money and subsequently u ve confirmed of no allotment of NHPC share in my a/c but till date I ve not received my refund amount. I ve submitted the Indemnity Bond for issuing duplicate Refund order/cheque as per ur instruction but yet to receive any refund order/cheque. Pls note the details mentioned below for ur immediate despatch of the same:

I ve long email communication record with your Customer Care regarding this refund issue and if u need I can forward that to u also.

Pls look into this urgently as am suffering since more than a month and arrange to either refund of money by post or directly credited in my AXIS Bank a/c which is linked with Reliance Money Dmat a/c.
