Non settlement of Salary/Gratuity & other benefits of employment even after one yea

Dear Sir

I worked for NIAN THEMES a firm engaged in Manufacture & Exporters of Bridal dresses for 7 years and resigned. The employer till today not settled my Salary, Gratuity and other benefits of employment even after one year of leaving the service. I visited several times to the office asking about the same. He does not have gratitude towards employees worked sincerely for such a long period.

Even he has not reimbursed my petrol conveyance for having used of my own vehicle for official use for one year which is now accumulated to Rs.25000/-. I felt ashamed for having served for such an organisation for a long period.

Please advise the employer suitably to settle my dues at the earliest.
