Egarding less balance

I recharged my reliance mobile on 11/11 with a RCV amounting Rs. 125 for which my account was recharged with of Rs. 111.33.

I made only one chargeable call to a reliance no. which cost Re0.25. After that I made one call at the same reliance no. for which I got free seconds (120) seconds and that call was not chargeable..But my balance was shown as Rs. 79 only..

So, a total of Rs. 32 (approx) was deducted from my account without any calls..

Pl. look into the matter..
