Delay Passport

Respected Sir,

sir i am deepak mishra, working in directorate treasury accounts and pensions dept in raipur mantralay in NIC. AS PROGRAMMER post, i have send my passport or submit passport 25/3, in bilaspur district in collectorate sakha, my file no is (RPRZ8100 2108), DRAFT NO--247077, AND my police and sp office verification send 20/5 from bilaspur in correct way, then after passport office raipur send some letter in my home in august month please send attested document then after again i submit my attested document in my file, then after up to not you are made or given my passport now i have need my passport because i have send or requirement of another private company.

so plz see query and kindly send my passport.
