Not hault on Stop

Dear Sir/Madam

I was waiting for the bus at the Surya Nagar (Vikhroli) bus-stop to go to Dahisar. Around 6:00 pm on 15/10 the BEST Bus Route No 489 didnt hault on the bus-stop. The bus driver was driving from exterme right on the road. Even though I shouted, he didnt even bother to stop as if he was participating the Formula I race. This was really ridiculous behavior of the Bus Driver and the Bus Conductor. The Bus was at a speed of around 60-70 km/hour.

The Bus No is MH-01 L 8922 & RTO No. 7766.

I request you to take strict action against the Bust Driver and confirm me the same.
