Srap in place of nicer and dice

I, my brother and my parents was very much impressed by watching thing done by this nicer dicer which is around 2500rupees if you want to save the money it will be sent through credit card.we ordered through credit card they told that first we inform you after that we will send.but without informing us they delivered. but in delivery in place of nicer dicer they send srap books i made comlaint in telephone. refund my money, nicer dicer and and compensation for harrassing me.otherwise i am going to aproach the appropriate legal form.. beware of this cheated company.
