I am an ex-employee of this company
they employ the people by conducting a stupid test and if they found you that you can be a bakara
then they will give you a bond and ask you if you are ready for the bond
I tell you even if you are in the worst situations dont sign the bond and become a bonded labor
They dont pay you well they will make you do wat you dont want to do
because you dont have anyother way otherwise you need to pay them 5 lakhs to get out of the company
it is a serious advice by one of the ex-employee thats me
