Hotels are overcharging in Delhi

I stayed in a hotel in Paharganj in Delhi checked-in at time and date 7:00 AM on 2nd June check-out at 10:30 Am on 3rd June. Official Check-out time by hotel was specified as 12:00 noon.

They should have charged us only for one day but we have been charged for 2 days by the hotel, they were very rude with us and did not budge. I wrote a protest letter which was torn by the manager. I was with my family and did'nt want to get in to any unsafe situations.

Can anyone suggest if I can get the refund or send them a notice?
