Unauthorised Booking of Flats

Dear Sir,

I want to bring in your attention that ACME housing group is doing illegal booking for their OAKWOOD and ASHWOOD buildings in ACME OZONE projects in THANE (w). Earlier they had permission of 15 floors to build in each building, but now they are booking flats for 16-30th floor without legal permissions. They asking for 20% money and saying that they will arrange legal permissions after elections, which are due in Maharashtra. This is serious offence and there are chances that they dupe investors money. I request you to look into the matter.
