No incentive for four year is pending

I am Himangshu Sekhar Sur, proprieter of Nigam Automobiles. We deals with yor bank of Kharagpur Branch for two wheller loan. From 2006 to 2009 we have not got our all incentive from your bank. We specially depends on Mr. Kousik babu of your Kharagpur branch. He dont want to interact on this matter with us. And from December we have not got your two wheller agrement paper from them. And we have not got payment in the proper time. It delayed about two month for each file.

Your bank is forcively want to say that they have given us the incentive against these name listed below. But in the bank record there is nithing.

These names are:

4. Ratan Nandi

5. Suryakanta Tripathi

7. Jaynab nesa Bibi

And many problem. Tell me inthis situation what action can i take? Otherwise tell me how can i solve this? Please contact with me.
