Excess charges for gas regulator TV NO. 9002529345

Sir,

I have shifted from Delhi to Indrapuram (Ghaziabad). I deposited my cylinder with the agency. I could not deposit the regulator and for the same the agency people charged Rs.250 from me and assured that new regulator will be issued from new agency without any charge. But the new dealer charged Rs.500 from me for regulator.

Today I went to old agency for refund of my Rs.250, but he refused and refused to give any receipt for Rs.250 charged. After asking two-three times he gave me one hand written receipt for the same.

In this manner I paid Rs.750 for one regulator.

Kindly inform me about the security for regulator.

Take necessary action for the same and get me the refund.
