CD was Broken

First I recieved one sms in my mobile for Online Data Entry Job. I am so intrested about that job. So, I send my details to Babu. After one or two weeks they send one application form. In that I done all the formalities. After that I got one CD with software, I have paid Rs 800/- in post office. When I open the CD, it was already broken. I send soo many mails to the company. They didn't respond. So What we have to do for this?
