Bad after sales service and support

Even after more than one year of staying at NIHO, the issues have not been resolved successfully.

There are several issues that I am facing while staying at NIHO. I would caution all those of you, who are looking to buy property here to please think very very carefully.

1. Leakages and seepages from bathrooms are not resolved.

2. Geysers provided fail regularly, and are now not being replaced. In the last one year, we have never had both the geysers working.

3. Mosquito nets promised one year ago are still pending

4. Some parking slots have electric poles, so cars cannot be parked there. After more than a year, no action has been taken yet.

5. Maintenance is very high, as compared to other complexes, and quality of service.

6. Power-backup takes almost 2 minutes to kick in. (neighboring societies... under 15 seconds)

7. Bad electrical design... MCBs keep tripping,

8. Electrical fittings are very clumsy and sometimes bulbs just fall out.

9. Security staff does not make us feel secure. Look more like crooks, and they don't have any autonomy or support from NIHO to take actions. So its all "chalta-hai". Several reported thefts etc.

10. Very unprofessional approach of staff, everything is done on an ad-hoc basis.

Don't go by the looks of the sample flat or glossy brochures, the reality is very different and very stark!

Let's see how long these issues last. But if you're planning to buy, please think again. It wont give you the bang for your buck.
