Need the fees back

Hi,

I am Pratik, brother of Priyank D Shah

He contacted Archana in Malad West branch. The attitude of the people here is too bad.

He had joined NIIT on 26th feb for C-Sharp, SQL and DBI and paid Rs.20000 as part of the fees. He started with Csharp and only 2 lectures were held and then there was a leave as students had exams.

He was told that he would be informed as and when the lectures will start again and while he joined he was told only a few lectures are held and if he join quickly he wouldnt miss much but after 2 lctures the leave was for almost a month and on that he was not even informed when the timimgs were changed and when the lectures started.he had to keep enquiring about it.

And suddenly one day when he called to enquire they told me to come at 3.30 for the lecs. When he joined the timings were 5.30p.m and he had a clear talk over there that if he gets a job he shuold be shifted to 7.30 batch and it was accepted by the counsellor there.

Now when he has started articleship, he wants to shift it but they say there is no batch at 7.30 and he will have to wait for 3-4 months. When he asked for refund thy say because u have attended 2 lectures of C-Sharp the whole fees of it will be deducted and only the balance be refunded which means Rs 12, 100 will be deducted for 2 lectures that too because they dont have the batch which he wants and also they are not even bothered to inform when classes are resuming.

This is sheer mucsle power being used by NIIT and such conduct of the reputed institution like NIIT is not accepeted

I would like you to please look into the matter and update me on 98203 99810 asap.

This is not the first instance where NIIT Malad has done such an act and if need by I am ready to take the matter to the highest level posisible for provding misleading information and taking consent of Priyank Shah.
