Egarding result

Dear Sir,

I am the student of Bsc (it) already i have completed my Bsc (it) final sem on nov from niit (rajouri garden) new delhi and then i have applied for my my ppc and mark card on sep 2008. But problem is that i have not receive ppc and mark card yet from the side of kuvempu university already i have put up my problem many times in my study centre reagarding my result. but mam always reply same thing that already i have forward your documents and mail to the university about your problems but still university didnt replied to my mail and like this five and six month is completed i get the same response from the side of my study centre so please sir find out the solution of my problem i am very very perplex to take about my ppc and mark card so please guide me i am facing very very problem i think you can understand the problem of students and take it serous for this act of kindness i shall ever remain greatful to you
