I want to transfer my centre to another centre

Hi this is loknath sethi from bhubaneswar studying in niit bsc-it ht1v2 course [hdse].so i want to take admission in bangalore centre dat jayanagr 4th block.i want to transfer my centre to bangalore centre.so is there any problem if will i take admission now? and is there any condition to pay fees now if will i take
