Complaint about certification

Sir,

i had registered for my GNIIT course in april and my course is not completed yet. Recently i have completed my 4th semester and now i don't want to continue this course in the future. i want my certificate upto 4th semester. but the NIIT Center-1 in bhopal, they are saying that i can't down grade my course and and i have to continue this course. If i will down grade this course then they will not provide me my ANIIT certificate. Sir now you tell me what to do?

Please sir help me. i am not the only person who is suffering from this problem there are many other students who are suffering from this.
