NIIT
Not recieving the books

I m a student of niit in srilanka (bambalapitiya), niit branch manager wants us to pay the cash at the miidle of the quota for next quota.

and the reason is they want to get the books by appropriate time. but after paying earlier we thot we'll be getting the books at the start of the 2nd quota. but still we haven't . so bcoz of that they sometimes force us to go home,

If any authorized person reads my complaint, kindly assist them take an action
