Fraud with students

I am a student of Dehradun NIIT i hav feced many problems by NIIT its a very 3rd class NIIT they only want money and nothing else

my complaint is that firstly i was forced to take the nwe course launched by NIIT that is EMC2 secondly i tool that course in september and i was told that the course will start in jan. 1st week and now may is about to finished and the course had not yat started... NIIT had spoiled my life, my career, my money... etc.. now i want my money back otherwise i will sue them to consumer court... please give me a feedback in my I.D that is cpuneetsingh13@yahoo.com please take a action as soon as possible
