Delay in getting passport

I applied for a passport on 01/10 and yet not received it.

Following message is displayed on the http://164.100.17.25/passmain.php? city=chd

“It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time” (Station CHANDIGARH last updated on 02-01)

I was supposed to go overseas on 16th January for the business purpose and I visited passport office Chandigarh on 04th January and presented my proofs like Cash Receipt and Travel overseas document of NIIT Technologies.

I have mailed (Four Times) to following email id's but didn't get any response.

Even I tried to do Tele Enquiry on following numbers but again I didn't able to know the status of the passport.
