My shoes were not replaced

Hi,

Am a regular customer of nike, and have faced a problem with one of the item i purchased.

I bought a Nike Tiempo studs from (Nike store M.G road camp near Arora tower shop no.05)

and on the second use the sole of the shoes got uprooted, i went to Nike store and got it replaced, i use the new shoe again and at the

first use i face the same problem, i had been to the store again but they said that the shoes cannot be replaced, please help me in this case,
