Our customer has dispatched samples for analysis from japan through EMS item no. EI530313567JP, since 26th Feb, it is showing as under custom clearance at Mumbai, we are trying for correct status over phone no. 022 2615 6152, but nobody is taking care there. It is very very urgent shipment for us. goverment agencies are working like thsi only, hence it is in loss.
