No service despite repeated reminders. we hve three years AMC vaild till Oct

I am using Acquaflow water purifier for the past 6 years or so and have been having AMC regularly, the last one renewed for a period of 3 years valid till Oct. The service team do not attend to routine maintenance. After repeated calls two young boys (raw hands) came home in Aug and in the process of maintaining our system damaged the same. After few reminders technician from Bhandup came in Sep 08 and rectified the defect and stated that he/someone else would come to change the carbon in the next few days. More than two months and numerous reminders later, still the situation has not improved. Whenever, we call they confirm our telephone number and assure us that the matter shall be attended. However, this does not happen.
The latest complaint no./request no. is 80606998 dated 17 Nov 08. Since then we have made numerous calls with no results. Even today I have spoken to Ms Ujala on number 39883333 and as usual promised that the matter will definitely be looked into tomorrow i.e. 01 Dec 08.
There is deficiency in service. The eagerness to collect AMC amount in advnce is not shown in subsequent service. There is absolute deficiency in service and customers are taken for a ride. We have to make follow-up calls and feel helpless. I would like to take refund of the AMC and demand an explanation as to why the service/AMC provider should not be taken to task for indifferent/deficient customer service.
Eureka Forbes has a goodwill and reputation. However, if customers continue to get this type of aftersales service, I am afraid we have to look at other options which are plenty in the market today. Moreover, we would be forced to take on the service providers for gross neglect of customers and for the deficiency in service.
Would appreicate a proper response from Eureka Forbes.
