Saleing karizma223cc with worst enginee

I bought 1 new karizma223cc on 2th Oct. 2007. engine no: 07J71M00740, Chassis no: 07J71C00677 from Niladri Motors (Hero- Honda dealer at tripura)

But when I went to take my 1st servicing (523km.) the service centre inform me to leave the bike to them on 15th oct.2007. On 16th they gave me the bike in a worst condition. only for changing the enginee oil they open the whole bike. the whole enginee opened infornt of my eyes, without proper care.

they experimenting on my bike. at last they gave me the bike at2.15pm. and told me that the bike's bike problem not solved yet.. bring that after gurga puja. then i saw my bike and they put my bike in great trabole... the kicker not going down, self stater not woring properly, the whole bike is shaking, there was a 3rd class smell of petrol, the rpm was 2.5. They request me to take that and return after puja.

but starting from there servicing centre to my home (joynagar) the bike stoped 14 times.

then I went to their showroom on 17th Oct.2007. telling them everything. they send me to the service centre again. I went there and again they postmotemed my bike again like previous day.they started the bike by the selfstater by force, they forced the self stater 1/2 min at a time and at last gave me the bike in a horrible condition.

in the road the bike is going hot and hot, and at last it stoped.

I imform them the whole thing, but they are refushing to exchange the bike.

what can I do now???
