Co-operative housin society

I m staying in the Acme enclave co-op. hsg. society at Malad west in Mumbai. The society has passed the resolution at the AGM to disribute the monthly bill to the members by 5th of every month. I have not recd. the bills so I have not made monthly payment and they charged me interest. I refused to pay the interest and asked them till they write off the interst, I wll not pay the monthly maint. bill. What is the status in this case?
