Poor customer care support- AMP23/6 dated 23/06

Hi,

I am really very dis-appointed with the call handling skills of people attending complaints at 39883333. For the last 10 days I have been calling this helpline number for installing an acqua guard which is already covered under AMC. So far I have called Eureka Forbes Helpline for 25 times but till now no one has attended it.

The following are officers who attended the call who fail to the needful. They have been trained professionally to give assured service but the irony is no one has visited till date to fix the problem. Here are the names of some of the officers who attended the call: Karthik, Anu, Pushpa, Sabla, Pratibha & Venu.
