Dear Sir,
Kindly note that the undersigned is in a pathetic stage dealing with Airtel Executives at Palarivattom, Cochin, Kerala.
Undersigned has submitted an application for changing post paid to prepaid connection on 03/04. After spending so time (visited 6 times), wasting too much petrol, now i am in a frustrated situation, anticipating that my connection would be regained.
The gentleman with chubby cheeks n ever smiling face, whom i used to interact all these years would give me hope everytime i visit your office, but this service i would term as DAD-LESS service. After paying my bill amount on that day unbilled amount = 1, 030.00/-, he told me that your connection will be cut within 2hrs time and swithoff/recharge stories as usual. But nothing happened for one month. PLEASE BE NOTED THAT, AN SMS CAME TO ME THAT 124/- AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY. I PAID, THEN CAME 100/- MORE. I PAID, THEN CAME SMS THAT I NEED TO SHELL OFF SOME MORE MONEY TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION... FINALLY THE HURTING THING IS THAT YOUR EXCEUTIVE TOLD ME "TO SPEND 50 BUGS MORE... OTHERWISE ATLEAST 30 BUGS"... is Airtel running under the roof of a fish market?..that also i paid.
Finally the connection got cut after my furious reaction at your office. Now again i made 3 visits, where i was told that my connection would be regained after 2 hrs (every visit)... but its almost 10 days- no incoming/no outgoing. Number does not exist. My lats visit was yesterday... executive connected me to his kadavanthra mate.- he told very sternly that my connection would regain withis 2 hrs... but its almost 20 hrs now.
Would request higherups to please ineterfere in this and to regain my connection in prepaid. So sad and pity for this situation.
