Acquaguard- Reverse Osmosis filter
AMC for the period from 15 March to 14 March

Dear Sir,

We have purchased an Acquaguard reverse osmosis water filter about a year back. My parents were approched by a service engineer MrPalwinder Singh (Mobile Number 9210492574) who asked them to take an AMC for the filter and told us that as a part of AMC, the filter which is outside the main body will be replaced every 3 months & carbon filters will be replaced every 6 months as a part of AMC and so charges will be taken for the same.

He took Rs3660/- towards the AMC.

Now after some problems in the filter, when we contacted MrPalwinder Singh, he dines his own words and is asking additional money to replace the filters.

Kindly intervene in the matter.
