Internet speed too low

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a aircel prepaid connection no. 9716614397. I have 98 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. The same problem occurs at night also. I changed my handset too, but still i have a problem. Now-a-days I'm suffering from getting an error message that contains "Communication failure. Contact service provider." I'm frustrated to this slow speed.

Please help me out of this situation.
