Easy recharge activated by airtel without information

I am using prepaid connection and my no is 9818003491. Earlier i was using 51 Rs easy recharges scheme but now i am not able to do that. i have made several complaints in you customer care. According to them i have activated Rs62 easy recharge for ISD & STD on 15.11.2007 and i cant take any other scheme till it get de-activated and this whole procedure will take 1 month, but i have not activated any such scheme. They have given me complaint id 112007587700 but for no use. i am facing problem because of that and pls try to sort my problem.
