Illegal deductions

I am Airtel customer for about 5 months. The useless fellows deducting Rs 30 many times for many reasons which I don't know. The claim its for this & that service which I am not at all subscribed. The bloodies send a message, If u open it that's d end you will be deducted for that service. what bloody confirmation they ask even god doesn't know.

There is no proper way to stop that also. If you send a message to stop you will get another message to confirm & reply, If u do that it never goes out of your mobile.

We our friends forming a club to file a case against them in the consumer court. Before that what is our TRAI doing to regulate this.
