Sbi card bill payment-reg

Sir,

I am K Rajarao, your sbicard no.4317575729478686. I have paid my card bills regularly as per purchases

without dues in stipulated period. But srprisingly I have received Nov.2009 bill without any purchses for

Rs.628.60 ps. Without out standing and without any purchases, why should you shown the dues?

Anyhow from last year onwards your showing extra amounts billed in my account. Last time once already

sent an a complaint to your chairman. I request you to send clear statement by return post
