Complaint - south region representatives

Military C S D canteen Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh has expended some of lakhs rupees on modification in the URC building for introduction of " SELF SERVICE SYSTEM as per requirement given by your south representative Mr Rupesh Togar based at Hydrabad and other members of your company visited at URC Tirupati almost 8-9 month back. Copy of drawing for modification of URC building proposed by your company experts duly approved by us was also handed over to Mr Rupesh on spot along with certificate required for transportation of racks and other material for fixing of racks. Later on I tried many times but no positive response came from Mr Rupesh and most of the time he did not pick up his mobile. I also spoke to Mr Ramaswamami in - charge south and apprised about this matter but very sorry to inform you that there is no reponse from him too. This type of response from your representatives will definitely affects reputation of your company.
