ATM operation

I am holding SB account No.3224 with your Nungambakkam, Chennai-6 branch. The branch has given me an International Debit Card No.4213 6841 2302 4248 (ATMCard) for operating the said account when need. When I went there to one of your ATM centre at Anna Nagar, the machine refused to accept the card and status slip if coming out stating "INVALID CARD". I kindly request you to do the needful to make the card valid or direct the branch to issue me a fresh valid card to operate my account in the ATMs.
