Not accepted when produced for payment in raymons Textile shop Trissur on 24/8/08

When produced for crediting at Raymonds, Textile shop, Thrissur on 23 and 24/8/08 after purchasing clothes for Rs 6000/ it was rejected. But on the same day when I producd the card for purchasing crockeries for nearly 2000 Rs/ in another shop it was accepted. i have not and never exceeded the limits.kindly look into the matter and solve.
