WRONG DELIVERY OF THE SPEED POST

Pune post office (Phone no.-020-26121528) has delivered my speed post (Receipt no.- ER705439858IN) to a wrong person. I have filed 3 complaints till now and no results so far. This speed post (containing samples of my research work. This is my final year.) is very crucial to my career, without which my doctoral degree could be hanging. I don't have any funding too. These samples were very costly and it is impossible for me to get them deposited again without any monetary support. I am no where right now. Please help me soon.
