Outgoing/incoming banned

I chage post to prepaid for my no is 9940685247 in 25 days defore

it would activate only 18days again it will banned outgoing/incoming. I was dicussed in porur airtel office, they are asking address & ID proof I given this detail last monday (06-10-08) still not clear the problem. take necessary action resolved the same.
